Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Feats.bio ("Feats.bio," "we," "us," or "our") at feats.bio. By creating an account, visiting a public profile, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Feats.bio is an early-stage product operated by a small team. Features, pricing, and availability may change as we build and improve the service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Feats.bio.

Feats.bio is a link-in-bio platform for athletes and creators. Depending on your plan and settings, the service may include:

• A public profile at a feats.bio URL (for example, feats.bio/yourname)
• Links, feats (achievements), galleries, and profile customization
• First-party profile analytics
• Audience tools such as email subscriptions
• Booking forms and optional Google Calendar sync
• Optional integrations (such as Strava, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and Google sign-in)
• Free, Pro, and Founders Lifetime paid plans

We may add, change, or remove features over time. We do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available forever.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Feats.bio. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You keep ownership of the content you upload or publish on Feats.bio (such as text, images, links, and feat details). To operate the service, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, and distribute your content solely as needed to run Feats.bio — for example, to show your public profile to visitors.

You are responsible for your content and for making sure you have the rights to share it. You agree not to publish content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes someone else's rights
• Is harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful
• Impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity or achievements
• Contains malware, spam, or deceptive schemes

Public profiles are visible to anyone with the URL. Do not post information you do not want to be public.

If you are a creator, you control what appears on your profile. When visitors subscribe, submit a booking request, or share contact details with you, you are responsible for how you use that information once it is provided to you.

Links on your profile go to third-party websites and services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Optional integrations (Google Calendar, Strava, social platforms, Stripe, and others) are subject to those providers' own terms and may stop working if an integration changes or is discontinued.

You may request feat verification by submitting proof links. Verification is performed by our team when available and is not guaranteed. We may approve, reject, or remove verification at our discretion. Free accounts may have limits on verification requests; paid plans may include additional verification capacity as described on our pricing page.

Some features require a paid Pro subscription or a one-time Founders Lifetime purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a paid plan, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms.

Prices and plan features may change for new purchases. If you have an active Pro subscription, we will apply price changes according to Stripe billing rules and any notice we provide. Founders Lifetime is a one-time purchase for the features described at checkout, subject to these Terms and continued operation of the service.

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. You can cancel a recurring Pro subscription through your account billing settings or by contacting support@feats.bio. Cancellation stops future charges; access to paid features generally continues until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

You agree not to misuse Feats.bio. For example, you will not:

• Access accounts or data without authorization
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the service except through features we provide
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or other users' profiles
• Use Feats.bio for unlawful purposes or to violate applicable law

If you believe a profile violates these Terms, contact support@feats.bio with the profile URL and a description of the issue.

Feats.bio, including our name, logo, software, and site design, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to use our branding except as part of normal use of the service (for example, the optional "built with feats.bio" footer on public profiles).

We may suspend or terminate access to Feats.bio, remove content, or disable features if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for us or other users, or if required by law. Where practical, we will try to notify you first.

Feats.bio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are a small, early-stage service and do not promise that Feats.bio will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every need you have.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feats.bio and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to Feats.bio is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD $100 if you have not made a paid purchase.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limits on liability, so these limits may not fully apply to you.

You may stop using Feats.bio at any time. You can delete your account from account settings, which removes your profile and associated content subject to reasonable backup and legal retention requirements described in our Privacy Policy.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including content licenses already exercised, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice (for example, by email or in the product). Continued use of Feats.bio after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or Feats.bio will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to that venue.
