Privacy Policy

Introduction
Feats.bio ("Feats.bio," "we," "us," or "our") operates a link-in-bio platform for athletes and creators at feats.bio. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using Feats.bio, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address (via one-time passcode or Google sign-in), username, display name, and profile settings you choose to provide (bio, location, avatar, and design preferences).
Content you publish. Information you add to your public profile — feats, links, images, and booking settings — may be visible to anyone who visits your profile URL.
Usage and analytics. When someone views a public profile or clicks a link, we record first-party analytics events (for example, page views and link clicks). For profile views, we may store traffic source, referrer, UTM parameters, approximate location (country and city), and device type. We do not store visitors' IP addresses in our analytics database. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers on public profiles.
Audience and subscriptions. If a visitor subscribes to a creator's profile, we collect their email address and, optionally, their first name. If they consent to share their contact with the creator, we record that consent along with the date, IP address, and browser information.
Bookings. When a visitor submits a booking request, we collect the information required by the creator's booking form (typically name and email, plus any custom fields).
Payments. If you purchase a Feats.bio subscription, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We receive billing identifiers and subscription status from Stripe; we do not store your full payment card number.
Support. If you contact us or submit a bug report or feature request, we collect the information you provide (such as your email and message content).
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve Feats.bio
- Authenticate you and maintain your account
- Display public profiles and creator content
- Provide analytics and audience tools to creators
- Process bookings and optional calendar sync
- Process subscriptions and billing
- Respond to support requests and prevent abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
Google Calendar and Bookings
Creators may connect a Google account to use our Bookings feature. When you connect Google Calendar, we request OAuth permissions including openid, email, profile, and Google Calendar access.
We use Google data only to:
- Show which Google account is connected
- Let you choose which calendar receives booking events
- Create calendar events when a visitor confirms a booking
We store encrypted OAuth tokens and your connected Google account email. We do not read your existing Google Calendar events to determine availability — booked time slots are tracked in Feats.bio. When a booking is confirmed, visitor details you collect (such as name, email, and custom form fields) may be included in the calendar event description sent to Google.
Feats.bio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data. To disconnect Google Calendar, email support@feats.bio.
Optional integrations
Strava. If you connect Strava, we access your activity data (with your permission) to import feats to your profile. You can disconnect Strava from your account settings.
Social platforms. If you connect Instagram, TikTok, X, or YouTube, we may fetch public profile metrics (such as follower counts) to display on your profile. We use third-party data services for this purpose.
Stripe. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. See Stripe's Privacy Policy for how Stripe handles payment data.
Creators and visitors
Feats.bio is the platform operator. Creators who collect subscriber emails, booking inquiries, or other visitor information through their profile are responsible for how they use that data once it is shared with them (for example, after a visitor consents to share contact details). Creators should provide their own notices where required by law.
Public visitors who interact with a creator's profile should review that creator's practices. Links on profiles go directly to third-party sites, which have their own privacy policies.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers who help us run Feats.bio, including:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage
- Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
- Stripe — payment processing
- Google — sign-in and Calendar API (when you connect)
- Strava — fitness data (when you connect)
- Apify — public social profile metrics (when you connect social accounts)
- GitHub — support and feature-request tracking
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the service, including session cookies for authentication and short-lived cookies during OAuth connection flows (Strava, Google Calendar). We may store theme preferences and local draft data in your browser for logged-in users. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.
Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, we delete your profile and associated data, subject to reasonable backup and legal retention requirements. Booking inquiries and calendar connection data are removed when the associated profile or booking is deleted.
Your choices and rights
You can update account information in your settings, disconnect optional integrations where available, and delete your account from account settings. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law.
Email us at support@feats.bio for privacy-related requests.
Children
Feats.bio is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Feats.bio after changes means you accept the updated policy.
